How to Use
- Sterilise before first use by boiling in water for 5 minutes
- Fold the cup using the C-fold or punch-down method
- Insert folded cup and allow to open and seal against the vaginal walls
- Wear for up to 12 hours; remove, empty, rinse with clean water, and reinsert
- Sterilise by boiling for 5 minutes at the end of each cycle; store in the provided cotton pouch
