Yes. Kiseki skin, hair and body care is handmade without synthetic fragrance, preservatives or hormone disruptors, and every ingredient is named on the label. Where there’s a scent, it comes from essential oils or botanicals, and some formulas, like Deo Light and our Hybrid Hard Wax, are completely fragrance-free.

Because nothing synthetic is added to extend shelf life, a little care keeps them at their best. Close lids after use, scoop with clean, dry fingers or a spatula, and keep jars away from heat and direct sun. Each product page has its own how-to-use notes.

We make separate formulas for different skin. Hydragel is for oily and acne-prone skin, and Avocado Hydragel is for dry, mature and sensitive skin. As with any new product, patch-test on a small area first. Unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you choose.

We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka. Orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days of confirmation, and the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Read the shipping policy.

Yes, any address in Sri Lanka works. Add the property name and a phone number the courier can reach, so your parcel finds you. We currently deliver within Sri Lanka only.

Pay online by Bank Transfer, or choose cash on delivery and pay the courier when your parcel arrives. For cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready.

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to return unused items in their original packaging, and wait for our go-ahead before sending anything back. For hygiene reasons, used menstrual products can’t be returned, and neither can custom orders. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us straight away and we’ll replace it or refund you. Read the refund policy.

Every product is cruelty free and never tested on animals. Most are fully plant-based. A few, like our hard waxes and Coconut Healing Butter, use natural beeswax, so the vegan options are labelled.

Yes. Tell us what you’d like made, your skin or hair type, your concerns, the texture and scent you prefer, and any allergies. Darshani formulates a recipe and emails you a personal quote, with no commitment until you approve it. We also make white-label and custom formulations for businesses. Start a request.

Sunsū is our botanical sun cream with SPF 35+, made from plant oils with no synthetic UV filters. As with any sun protection, reapply after swimming, sweating or towelling, and pair it with shade and a hat in strong midday sun.
